Downstairs

The cosy beamed sitting room with brick fireplace (for log fires in the winter) has TV, a video recorder and CD player, and comfy cottage sofa and chairs.  Bend your head as you pass through the little door into the well-equipped kitchen, with electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and breakfast bar. Go on through the lobby, with door to the garden, to the bathroom and toilet. 

 

                     

 

Upstairs

 

*             Double bedroom with vaulted ceiling

*             Twin bedded room (please note: 2nd bedroom leads off 1st bedroom)

*             Both enjoy far-reaching farmland views

*             Travel cot available on request

 

 

Upstairs is a large vaulted double bedroom and, leading off through a latched door, is a twin bedded room with sloping ceilings.  Both bedrooms have lovely views over the adjacent farmland.

 

                     

 

Garden

 

*             Long, lawned garden, fully fenced

*             Garden furniture and barbecue (provided)

*             Parking is available for two cars outside front door

Outside in the garden, there is a table and chairs and a small barbecue for those long summer evenings, and the garden is well fenced for children and pets. 

 

 

The cost of full central heating, hot water and electricity is included in the price of your stay, as is bed linen and teatowels.  Children are welcome and a travel cot can be provided on request (but please bring your own bedding for this).  Your well-behaved pet is also welcome, but downstairs only please! (there is a small additional charge).
